Adult Volunteers (18+)

Dear Community Member,

We appreciate your interest in volunteering at California Hospital Medical Center (CHMC). Our volunteers are an integral part of how we meet the needs of our community.

The first step in becoming a volunteer at CMHC is to attend an introductory meeting. During the meeting you’ll learn about CHMC, meet other like-minded community members and learn about our expectations and the steps to become a volunteer. There is no RSVP necessary; the meeting is open to the public.

The meetings take place on selected Saturdays from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. Complimentary parking is available at Grand Ave Parking structure located at the corner of Venice Blvd and Grand Ave. Proof of Covid vaccination, including booster, is required to attend the meeting.

When you arrive at the hospital, please check in at the Information Desk with security staff who will provide directions to the Command Center where the meeting takes place.
