Adult and College Student Volunteer Opportunities

Adult community members, college students, and vocational education students are welcome to apply throughout the year, as service opportunities are available year-round at California Hospital Medical Center. Volunteers are asked to commit to a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule.

Interested candidates must attend a Volunteer Introductory Meeting to get to know CHMC, meet other like-minded community members, and learn about our expectations and the steps to become a volunteer. Meetings take place from 10am-12pm on the first Saturday of selected months in the CHMC Command Center.
