Schedule of events

• 9:00 AM: Registration, bag drop and breakfast (practice facility open — complimentary range balls)
• 9:55 AM: Last shuttle service available from practice facility to Mega Putting Contest
• 10:00 AM: Mega Putting Contest on Hole 18
• 10:15 AM: All participants meet at their golf carts
• 10:30 AM: Shotgun start
• 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM: The Habit Food Truck on-course lunch — see note below
• 4:00 PM: Cocktail reception at the outdoor Tented Pavilion on the Mezzanine Level of the hotel
• 4:30 PM: Speakers, awards presentation and opportunity drawing winners announced

Important things to note for this year’s tournament

Refreshments

Complimentary beer, soft drinks, Powerade and water will be provided on the Roving Refreshment Carts and in buckets in holes # 5, 9, 13, and 18. Each golfer will receive two (2) alcoholic beverage vouchers at registration; additional drinks may be purchased from the refreshment carts. 

Lunch

All golfers will be able to redeem their lunch vouchers at The Habit Food Truck located in front of Hole 18 near the trellis from 11:30 AM– 2:30 PM

• Please redeem your lunch vouchers only while passing the truck on your way from Hole 9 to Hole 10 or from Hole 18 to Hole 1. Going out of this order may result in game delays for other players.
• If you still haven’t been able to redeem your voucher by 1:45 PM, please call 213.248.3134 so that we can ensure you get your meals.
• Complimentary full bar available during the cocktail reception.

On-course contests

• Awards: 1st – 3rd Place
• Format: This will be a scramble format, four-person best shot. Tournament rules will be included in each golf cart.
  To be eligible for the prizes in the Mega Putt, Hole-In-One, Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive contests, you must purchase the Competition Package (unless it's pre-purchased or included in your sponsorship) for $120 per person available at registration. Fee also includes two mulligans. Mulligans may be used on contest holes for scoring but cannot be used if you are competing for a prize.
• Hole-In-One: IKE: #5, #9, #13 and #15 —Hole in One Prizes include Pebble Beach Golf Trip, Golf Trip to Scotland, a Cobra Driver and a 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport, sponsored by Honda of Downtown Los Angeles
• Closest to the Pin: IKE: #5, #9, #13 and #15 (Men and women will compete together)
• Longest Drive: Women; Men (62+); Men (49-61); and Men (49 years and under)—IKE: #8
• Albatross Hole: IKE: #18
  • $100 DONATION—Gets your team on the green. Your team will be putting for an albatross or double eagle (a score of two).
  • $200 DONATION—Gives your team an automatic albatross or double eagle (a score of two) and you have a chance to putt for a hole in one (a score of one). This putt is for a condor. Golfers are still free to play the hole for fun. Mulligans cannot be used at this hole.

Please return your scorecards to the Scoring Table immediately after your round.

Dress code

Acceptable: Shirts with a collar (mocks are acceptable) and golf shoes with soft spikes; golf slacks, golf shorts and/or golf skorts.

Not acceptable: Tank tops, T-shirts, cut-offs, sweat pants, athletic shorts, swim trunks, tennis shorts, blue denim jeans and denim shorts. Hard/metal spike golf shoes, slippers or heels of any type.
