For employees making contributions of $1,500 or more to the Your City, Your Hospital campaign, we plan to recognize your generosity with personalized tiles located in a garden walkway outside of the new patient tower. 

These etched-concrete tiles can bear your name or be dedicated to anyone that you would like to honor, whether a friend, mentor, or family member. The tiles will live outside of our hospital as public symbols of your generosity and support. 

Contributions can be made via:

• Payroll deduction (ongoing or one time)
• PTO donation (ongoing or one time)
• Cash donation

We encourage all employees to consider making a multi-year pledge, so that you do not have to give all at once. For example, an employee contributing $64.12 per pay period for the next three years will total $5,000 and be recognized with a large tile at the $5,000 level!

Additional details:

• For employees only, contributions do not need to be paid upfront to receive a tile. Multi-year pledges are eligible to receive a tile for the total amount of their multi-year contribution.
• Pledges must be made by December 31, 2023.
• Personalized tiles will be installed at the discretion of California Hospital Medical Center. Tiles will not be engraved until at least 50% of the total contribution pledge is paid.
