2024 Hope Street Margolis Family Center Impact Report now available

A Year of Impact

We're thrilled to announce the release of the 2024 Hope Street Margolis Family Center Impact Report! This report highlights the incredible work being done to support children and families in downtown Los Angeles, and it's all thanks to the dedication of our staff, volunteers, community partners and generous donors like you.

The 2024 Impact Report showcases how Hope Street is making a real difference in the lives of the community. Here are a few key highlights:

Serving the Community: Hope Street serves a community where 48.1% of individuals have public health coverage, and over 40% of households make less than $35,000 a year.
Health and Family Support: Over 8,000 in-person home visits were provided to 407 young families, offering care coordination, parenting support and child development services.
Mental Health Services: Over 23,000 hours of therapeutic mental health and child welfare services were provided to 560 children and their families.
Early Care and Education: More than 444,000 hours of early care and education were provided to 252 infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
Youth Center: Over 24,500 hours of academic support, STEAM activities and recreation and wellness programming were provided to over 366 school-aged students.
Training the Next Generation: Hope Street is committed to training future healthcare professionals, with over 2,500 clinical hours completed by nursing students, family medicine residents and social work interns.
